Jessica E. Warren

I was proudly born and raised in the lone star state of Texas.  My diverse background in Psychology, Finance and Law enriches the arsenal I gladly use to advocate for our clients.

During law school, I had the opportunity to clerk for a civil judge at the  Superior Court in Crowne Point, Indiana.  This experience really impressed upon me the importance of understanding both local and state civil procedures with their many nuances  and how a careless mistake could have disastrous consequences for legal clients.  As a result, I am very careful to ensure our office takes the time necessary to ensure the correct steps are followed the first time. 

Moreover, why not learn from someone else's mistakes?  I have been fortunate to have mentors along the way tell me horror stories about being pulled into other attorneys'  seemingly quenchless thirst for litigation . For that reason, we take care to advise our clients when pursuing legal may not be in their best interest.  My time spent as a Registered Rep for PFS Investments taught me how to run a successful business and how to explain different financial concepts.  The invaluable experience I gained (while maintaining a Series 6, 63 and 26 and Texas Life Insurance license)  currently helps me simplify the estate planning process for our clients.

I have always felt that two heads are better than one.  Author Napoleon Hill  reminds us through his 'Mastermind' theory that a group of committed people working together towards one common goal can yield wonderful outcomes. In May 2015, I founded JWC Legal, PLLC, a law firm which incorporates the mastermind theory by retaining a network of employees and 'Of Counsel' attorneys all working toward the goal of helping our clients with legal issues and building steadfast business relationships.  At JWC Legal, we want the privilege of being known as YOUR attorneys.
