Ryan Matthew Taylor Allen

Ryan Allen is a trial lawyer with a primary focus on business litigation and intellectual property disputes. Representing clients from individuals, entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, Ryan acts as a strategic advisor to swiftly and effectively implement the right business solutions for his client on many types of business issues. He also has represented a number of oil and gas clients, primarily focusing on litigation and regulatory issues.

Not only does Ryan provide business litigation services for his clients, many businesses rely upon Ryan to act as their general counsel.  Ryan works closely with his clients to gain an in-depth understanding of his clients’ business activities and objectives. Because of this, Ryan is able to provide focused, client-centered, and cost-effective advice and counsel on legal issues confronting clients on a daily basis.

Ryan prides himself in understanding his clients’ current business operations, past history, and future goals in order to provide efficient, thoughtful, and innovative solutions to his clients’ in the ever-evolving business climate of today. Ryan believes in taking the time not only to educate his clients but their staff about the legal environment of each client’s business so that his clients can spot problems well in advance.

Ryan is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas and the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. He is also a credentialed attorney-mediator in Oklahoma and Texas.

 Ryan has also been recognized as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2012, 2013 and 2014 for commercial and employment litigation. Recently, Ryan was honored as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2017 for business litigation.

 Ryan is a four-time Letterman in football at the University of Oklahoma and obtained a degree in political science in 2000. A loyal OU alumnus, Ryan graduated with a J.D. from the Oklahoma University College of Law. An honor graduate, he received additional academic achievement awards and scholarships while attending law school.
