The attorney took me in as a client for an auto injury claim. He won't keep you informed of the status, if he's even looked at your case. He will contact your insurance company behind your back and tell them to file your medical claims with your health insurance carrier so if the case settles his At...torney Fees/Award won't be affected, but the client is left with no money because they're left to settle medical bill liens while he reaps his award, greed ultimately kills the greedy. He withdrew from my case for absolutely no valid, legal, ethical reason. Maybe it was racial, don't know, I will deal with this later, but please READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY - I READ MINE LATER, HE STATES HE CAN SETTLE A CLAIM, SIGN & DEPOSIT A CHECK ON YOUR BEHALF...HE leaves you without any power on your own case and you've signed the contract thinking it's a standard client-attorney relationship, but it's one sided, at least on my African American contract with him it was. BUYER BEWARE
