Linzie was assigned to my case during the pandemic of covid-19. Where masks and social diatancing is adviced for the safety of everyone. Even with the crusial circumstances, Linzie was easy to get a hold off. Being everything is over the phone if Linzie set up a call at a time she wasnt ever a minute... late. She kept contact with me and had great communication and understanding skills. She took nesesasry action to my case to move forward and get things solved in a timely manner.
