Biography
Born in Denison, Texas in 1962, Benjamin A. Baker earned a B.A. from UTA in 1986 and a J.D. from Baylor Law in 1989, where he joined the Order of Barristers and Delta Theta Phi. After varied litigation work, he focused on family law in 1992 and opened his Sherman practice in 2002. He is a member of the Texas Family Law Foundation, the Grayson County Bar Association and a sustaining member of the Baylor Law alumni association. He is father to two daughters and a son, a son‑in‑law and grandfather of three, and a lifelong Texas Rangers fan.

He will go to bat for you and make sure you have a fair hearing. When the law is against you and it shouldnt be he will make sure that justice is actually achieved. I wouldnt pick any other lawyer.
