Wally W Wadsworth

I had Wally help me with my bankruptcy in 2012. Recently I applied to refinance my mortgage. The mortgage company requested copy of the reaffirmation agreement. When I asked Wally for a copy of this document, he responded via e-mail: "I have looked in the case notes and it shows I spoke to a lady... at the bank and they promised to send out a reaffirmation to be signed but it looks like we did not get it or they did not send it out." That's it. When I pressed him as to how we could go back and correct this, his response was basically to just find a mortgage company that doesn't require that form. Never in our exchanges did he ever admit that he failed to follow through with a second request for that document, or advise me of the consequences of proceeding with dismissing the bankruptcy without that form on file. If he would have only explained to me the options to rectify it somehow, or if he would have discussed with me why he felt not having that document on file was inconsequential, or at minimum admitted he made a mistake...I could think of a lot of things he could have said, but instead, he handled this situation very poorly, and I was floored. Extremely unprofessional! I could never in good conscience recommend anyone to him.
