Jennifer Rebecca Ashmore

When you are involved in either a civil or criminal case, Jennifer knows that the unknown is scary and you need someone to guide you through the claim. Jennifer’s mission is to work with you during your case so that you understand what is happening and you are able to navigate through unknown waters. Jennifer has over 15 years of litigation experience. She has represented people and families that have been injured in car accidents, slip and falls victims, and employee injuries. Jennifer has represented victims of personal injury matters and defended companies and insurance companies. Why is this important? Jennifer has a unique perspective and is able to better navigate claims because she understands how both sides of the claim process works. This makes her a more valuable asset for your personal injury case.

Jennifer has handled the following types of claims: trucking fatality accidents, car accidents, employees that have been hurt, employers defending an employee injury, slips and falls injuries at home and at stores, and misdemeanor and felony criminal defense cases. Further, she has traveled all over Texas representing clients with litigation matters including jury trials and arbitrations.

As part of her practice, Jennifer has had the privilege and honor of representing: individual victims, fortune 500 companies, trucking companies and drivers, apartment complexes, food production companies, restaurants, retailers, grocery stores, business owners, insurance companies, third party administrators, and waste and recycling providers. Jennifer has also successfully brought her negotiation and litigation skills to the firm’s criminal defense practice, and has favorably resolved a number of cases, especially those revolving around violations of the Transportation Code and alcohol-related driving offenses (driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, driving while intoxicated, etc.).

Jennifer believes in giving back to the community through service. She is the President of the Board of Directors (2020-2021) for Lone Star CASA, which is a non-profit organization working with children in foster care in Rockwall and Kaufman counties. She has also represented clients for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. She is a member of Rockwall Women in Business and the Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in all four of the federal districts of Texas. Jennifer is a graduate of Texas State University and Texas A&M University School of Law.
Finally, Jennifer’s favorite role is that of being mom to her two boys. She and KC are building their roots in the Rockwall community and are proud to raise their family here.

When she is not practicing law, Jennifer enjoys lake time, running, and travel. Jennifer proudly rocks her purple hair and enjoys her time as the #prplesq (Purple Esquire).
