Biography
Attorney J. Cameron Cowan has been practicing law for over 21 years. Before beginning a private practice, he served for 14 years as a prosecutor for the State of Texas. He has been board certified in criminal law, a specialization held by only a few lawyers in the state. In addition, he has spent over 8 years as an attorney in the US Army JAG Corps. These experiences have given him extensive knowledge of the law.
In 2011, J. Cameron Cowan expanded his practice to include family law, including divorces, custody cases, modifications, child support, terminations, adoptions, and related family law matters.
J. Cameron Cowan pursued higher education at Baylor University, graduating with a B.B.A in Economics and Public Administration. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor and Texas Tech University School of Law. He is currently admitted to practice in the State Bar of Texas, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

He ignores you. Does not do what you ask him to do by looking out for your best interest, or answering questions. I went 4 months without any communication from him after calling and emailing about an urgent matter. He'll take your money and do Nothing.
