I wasn’t sure if this was the same as London & London but I did double check. Read their 1.5 star reviews on Yelp of everyone saying the same thing. Once hired you can’t get anyone to call you back or communicate. I had to wait 10 days and inquire about the outcome of my case. I didn’t even know if t...hey showed to be honest. I’m STILL waiting for someone to call me two weeks later because I still have questions. I left a review on yelp so I won’t leave the long one here. But go to yelp and hire someone else.

I got a speeding in a school zone ticket in Plano. The sign was not even flashing and the cop still gave me the ticket. The cop was very rude to me in front of my daughter. I was highly upset about this ticket. I just didnt feel it was right. So I started calling a couple of lawyers. I only got to sp...eak with assistants even if I asked to speak to an attorney directly. I called Reggie Londons office and he actually answered the phone. He was very polite and listened to me. jOn the day of court his office showed up with a ridculos amount of documents and convinced the city to throw the ticket out. AND HE ONLY CHARGED $50. I was shocked at the amount of work they put into the case for such a small fee. I am happy with the outcome.

I hired Reggie London for 3 tickets in the City Of Carrollton. The staff kept me informed of everything. I was mailed the court notices to were my presence was required and the Attorney also informed me about the offers they were offering for my cases. He protected my driving record and got me deferr...ed so they would not stay as a conviction and get report on my driver lincense. He was also able to get me an occupational driver license within 3 business days. He is very affordable and customer service was great. I highly recommend him.

i wish i would have read all the horrible reviews about this "firm" before i bothered with them. Do NOT retain this firm for ANYTHING - there are plenty of other responsible attorneys out there. This firm will not care about you or anything that happens to your case after they collect your $ - they a...ctually created MORE trouble for me than if i would have just gone to court on my citation myself. After retaining them, all court correspondence was mailed directly to them, however, they completely failed to notify me of all court orders which they signed on my behalf. Because of their complete and utter negligence, I am now summoned to personally appear in court for failure to comply with a court order! When I called demanding answers, I was told that I need to come in on a SATURDAY between 10-2 to talk to the attorney!

As the client I never felt like Reggie worked for me. I never knew what was happening with my case and that remains a fact to this day. The office staff is un professional and non responsive. I call and repeatedly the office staff tells me he's out but when I go to the office he is miraculously at th...e office. Let me save anyone frustration and total distrust of the system by saying shop around before using this lawyer, you will thank me for it.
