I am a shareholder and Senior Litigation Attorney at Modjarrad Abusaad Said Law Firm. My practice primarily includes, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Premises Liability, Medical and Dental Malpractice, Business Law, Business Start-ups, Business Contracts, and Business Consulting.
Over the years, I have represented several multimillion dollar corporations on all aspects affecting their business as it relates to the legal field. I have also conducted hundreds of transactions for clients, and dozens of mergers and acquisitions, some of which involved a purchase amount in the millions of dollars and have obtained Judgments and Settlements for clients in personal injury cases resulting in millions of dollars in compensation for clients.
While working at Modjarrad Abusaad Said, I have developed an impressive track record in jury trials, non-jury trials, mediations, and arbitrations as a result of efficient preparation and tenacious lawyering skills.
Currently, I am leading one of the strongest litigation teams of Texas that has worked on hundreds of cases and obtained several six and seven figure recoveries for our clients.
