Beverly has been a God sent Angel to our family. My daughter is going through and viscous divorce along with a child custody fight. In 2008 Ms. Storey took up my child support case simply on the request of an old aquaintance. I had no money, and no chance of winning custody of my 2 children. The mother of my children, a 20 year paralegal who thought she WAS a lawyer, was intending on taking our children from Texas to Indiana. I w...as desperate, and devastated. My retainer was a ring, and my word. Beverly, a devout Christian, litigated my case against a $450 hour attorney, and his top gun, $150 hour paralegal. She decimated not only my former wifes case, but the legal team, as well. It took me a year to pay Ms. Storey. She never once, asked, or harrassed me for payment. Years later, she again represented me. This time for an agreement of payment on the 20k in child support on behalf of my former wife. Due to adverse circumstances with my son, I agreed to let him move with his mother in Indiana. Ms. Storey negotiated an amicable settlement between my former spouse, her attorney, and the court. Regrettably, and with much embarrassment, I was unable to pay Beverly for her services. She was rightfully upset, but has to this day, remained professional, and friendly.
