Biography
I am licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico and Michigan.
I obtained Bachelor degrees in Arts and Fine Arts, and a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Sociology, Journalism, and Criminal Justice at Southern Methodist University. Witnessing firsthand the need to provide legal assistance to various communities, I went on to obtain my Juris Doctorate from SMU.
I began my career in 1990 with the Dallas firm of Hughes & Luce. After completing the internship with Hughes & Luce, I gained valuable experience working with Hal Monk & Associates, the Texas counsel for the Belli Law Firm of California. I worked on many large personal injury and celebrity cases, including that of Zsa Zsa Gabor.
I have represented numerous clients since in litigation matters, including business litigation, criminal defense and personal injury.
