Michael D Fox

 Mickey Fox has been in private practice and helping people since 2003. Originally admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 2003 (he has since retired from the Connecticut bar), he gained admittance to the Texas Bar in 2009, and has focused on the needs of North Texans in both state and federal courts.

After serving for nearly ten years in the United States Navy, Mickey began his legal education, earning his Associate in Science in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of Rhode Island in 1997, then transferred to the University of Rhode Island in 1999, earning a dual degree in Political Science and Philosophy, and his Masters' degree in Political Science in 2000, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2003.

Mickey maintains his life-long journey in education and has also earned certifications in various other fields such as: Public Affairs Officer (U.S. Army), Texas Peace Officer (not maintained), Texas Realtor (Graduate Realtor Institute)(not maintained), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Linux LPI Essentials, NASM Certified Personal Trainer (not maintained), Crossfit Level II Instructor, various FEMA certifications, and he currently holds the rank of Sho-Dan in Uechi Ryu Karate.

A native Oklahoman, Mickey has traveled the world, most recently living in the Netherlands and Denmark for three years, before returning to his adopted home with his wife in the wilds of Fannin County, Texas.
