Greatest Proposal Written
There was a potential partnership opportunity and I needed a document written up to seal the deal. Grant provided a very quick turn around! Took that form to the potential partner and they signed that contract with no changes requested. Spend your funds wisely! Grant is worth the time and money, hands down!

Not the right lawyer
I hired Grant to review an agreement and assess a business deal from a legal perspective. There were flags that could have been outlined by Grant (that is why i hired him), but he failed to do so. That caused me to miss crucial items in the agreement that later had major consequences, which I'm dealing with for over a year.
