Emily Phalon Gray Daniell

As a seasoned attorney currently practicing in the areas of family law and probate, my goal is to tenaciously fight for my clients while always taking time to provide compassionate communication and exceptional client service. As a litigator, I am involved in every step of a client's case - from intake to final trial. During a case, I take the time to listen to and know my clients, because I know that clear and regular communication is one of the most important pieces of practicing law.

As a former educator, I began my work career creating detailed materials for a diverse audience. This has served me well as an attorney and allowed me the opportunity to work with people from many different areas and backgrounds.

I started my legal career working with a firm practicing real estate law. In this position, I oversaw a satellite office that specialized in real estate law with an emphasis on representing homeowners associations (HOAs). This involved managing a team and participating with the drafting of restrictive covenants, managing collections, and conducting foreclosures and evictions. As part of this process, I researched title records in multiple counties, issued opinions regarding compliance and loss prevention, and drafted and negotiated contracts and various other legal documents.

My transactional and litigation experiences have provided me with a versatile background that serves my clients well.
