I highly recommend Brandon a thousand times over. Back in July, I had contacted another lawyer who was referred to me to help me modify my child support court order. I needed to move out of state by a certain time frame to get my kid enrolled in school, so I started the process a year early knowi...ng it might take time. Long story short, this lawyer took my money and never worked on my case but made me believe he did. After he stopped answering my calls and emails, I called the court at the end of November and found out nothing had been done to my case. I was livid and furious that I had wasted so much time waiting and trusting this person was doing as he said and was paid to do! I worried I wouldn't be able to move with my child by my set time frame. In December I decided I would try to do the case modification on my own. With time running out, I changed my mind and decided maybe I should give another lawyer one more try. I found Brandon Rasley on Google...he was one of the highest-rated family lawyers in the area on Google, so I reached out to him in January. During our consultation, I found out the steps I had taken to "modify" my case were wrong and could have set me back even more time. He knew what he was talking about, so after a couple of weeks of thinking it over, I decided to hire him. He began working on my case officially on February 3rd and he finished everything on April 10th. Please note, this was in the middle of COVID-19. When most courts were closed which should have delayed the process, Brandon got my case completed in a little over 2 months! I am forever thankful. I don't even write reviews, but this one was necessary. I wanted to write this review to let others know the reviews are real. I know I can trust him and will refer him to anyone who needs a lawyer. Good to know: - If you do the initial consultation, you have to pay. If you decide to hire him, this fee is counted towards the retainer but you MUST hire him within 3 weeks of the consultation to get credit. - Brandon's follow-up is amazing. I never doubted he wasn't working on my case because he kept in touch every step of the way. - I had a straight-forward case and both parties were amicable and in agreeance. This made a world of difference in the ease of my case, I'm sure. However, even I couldn't do this on my own correctly. It's always good to call a knowledgeable professional for peace of mind...especially when you are on a time crunch like me. - Brandon worked on my case without ever meeting me in-person. As a busy single parent, this was a huge plus for me. I never had to worry about working things around my work schedule.

I never write reviews about anything.... I recently was served papers for a divorce in February. I went and talked to several attorneys and spent a bunch of money in consult fees. I finally pulled the trigger on an attorney that had 25 years of experience. Long story short I fired that attorney afte...r my first temporary orders hearing on May 2nd. I hired Brandon Rasley on May 8th and we began the process of getting everything organized. His initial consult was over the phone for about an hour and a half. He listened to me vent, and what I wanted to accomplish. He told me at the end of that phone call that he was here to help me out and accomplish my goals in this case. This case had the looks of being drawn out for months and I was already in a place where I felt like I could not take anymore of this. I just wanted it over. On May 14th I met with Rasley in office and he specifically asked me what I wanted to accomplish. I finally came to the conclusion that I wanted to settle and move on with my life. He informed me that the other parties ex wife and her attorney could really drag this out for a while and it would take some time. He guaranteed me though that he would move this a long as fast as he could to make me happy. If you’re following this timeline we appeared in court the next morning May 15th. Rasley has literally got everything in order for this hearing on a case where he had to come in from the rears because of the incident on May 2nd. I got frustrated outside the courtroom feeling like my hands were tied and my wife was controlling everything. Rasley calmed me down and went over to talk with my wives attorney. He came back 30 minutes later and informed me that they wanted to go into full settlement. After an hour and a half of negotiations the judge granted our divorce right there on the spot. Brandon Rasley accomplished exactly what I asked him to and it felt like a miracle. Beyond the story Brandon Rasley is a people’s attorney. I know he was not trying to delay anything or make anything stretch out for $$$. He listened to every word I said and coached me every step of the way. Every time that he did something with her attorney or with the courts he emailed me or called me to let me know what he has done. Before doing anything he always asked me what I wanted to do and he did it with no questions asked. I literally could not have asked for a better outcome or a faster one. Brandon Rasley is kind, professional, and an all around upstanding person and lawyer. I wish I would have found him from the beginning because I know that it would have been a lot different. I cannot think him enough. Today is May 16th and my divorce is final and I am moving on with my life. Brandon it is unbelievable how well you handled this case and it is something I will forever be thankful for. I will always tell anyone I hear needing anything family law to call you first because I know you will care about them and their situation just as you did mine. When I was looking for an attorney to represent me in a fairly nasty situation I knew I would need to hire someone I felt both comfortable with and confident in. After several negative experiences with various attorneys I've hired in the past I was very nervous to hire anyone I spoke to. Brandon c...arries himself with a very humble and kind demeanor, which is exactly what I was looking for. I knew a judge wouldn't want to deal with your typical over confident and cocky attorney playing tricks and gimmicks. Which made Brandon a clear choice to me. He is both kind and assertive, this man is ready to go to battle in the court room if needed and he knows the law very well. Court is nerve racking to say the least. However Brandon was quick to make small talk with me on the date of trial to ease my tension, he explained exactly what would be happening in the court room so I was able to be confident and calm. I can easily say Brandon saved me 10x what his fees were in the long run (my situation my be different than yours). Which by the way I feel his fees were fair and his payment structure was very accommodating. I have already recommended Brandon to a couple of friends in similar situations and I feel confident he will take care of them just as well as he did with my case. If nothing else I recommend you talk to him about your case, but don't bother wondering if he can do the job, the guy is good.
