Excellent, caring and organized!

Brandon is not only just a professional, super organized and thorough Lawyer, he is also a really nice and caring person. He will never let you hanging around with no answer. I can’t say enough how much I’m appreciated the work he has done, my case is still not even finished but I cannot wait to say ...how good he is. All the reviews every where about Brandon are real. He cares about his clients, their situations and will do his best to get the best results he can for them. I got a bad lawyer before Brandon, waisted money and got nothing done. I just wish I hired Brandon from the beginning. Brandon is definitely my lawyer for life now. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for an excellent, professional, caring and really reasonable lawyer!!! Thank you for everything you have done Brandon!

Amazing Lawyer

I highly recommend Brandon a thousand times over. Back in July, I had contacted another lawyer who was referred to me to help me modify my child support court order. I needed to move out of state by a certain time frame to get my kid enrolled in school, so I started the process a year early knowi...ng it might take time. Long story short, this lawyer took my money and never worked on my case but made me believe he did. After he stopped answering my calls and emails, I called the court at the end of November and found out nothing had been done to my case. I was livid and furious that I had wasted so much time waiting and trusting this person was doing as he said and was paid to do! I worried I wouldn't be able to move with my child by my set time frame. In December I decided I would try to do the case modification on my own. With time running out, I changed my mind and decided maybe I should give another lawyer one more try. I found Brandon Rasley on Google...he was one of the highest-rated family lawyers in the area on Google, so I reached out to him in January. During our consultation, I found out the steps I had taken to "modify" my case were wrong and could have set me back even more time. He knew what he was talking about, so after a couple of weeks of thinking it over, I decided to hire him. He began working on my case officially on February 3rd and he finished everything on April 10th. Please note, this was in the middle of COVID-19. When most courts were closed which should have delayed the process, Brandon got my case completed in a little over 2 months! I am forever thankful. I don't even write reviews, but this one was necessary. I wanted to write this review to let others know the reviews are real. I know I can trust him and will refer him to anyone who needs a lawyer. Good to know: - If you do the initial consultation, you have to pay. If you decide to hire him, this fee is counted towards the retainer but you MUST hire him within 3 weeks of the consultation to get credit. - Brandon's follow-up is amazing. I never doubted he wasn't working on my case because he kept in touch every step of the way. - I had a straight-forward case and both parties were amicable and in agreeance. This made a world of difference in the ease of my case, I'm sure. However, even I couldn't do this on my own correctly. It's always good to call a knowledgeable professional for peace of mind...especially when you are on a time crunch like me. - Brandon worked on my case without ever meeting me in-person. As a busy single parent, this was a huge plus for me. I never had to worry about working things around my work schedule.

Great Experience

Brandon was a breath of fresh air in a time of extreme emotion during my unexpected separation with my ex. I first consulted two other attorneys and then a friend of mine recommended Brandon. I am SO VERY grateful for that recommendation. What immediately set Brandon apart from the other attorneys ...was that I felt like he listened to me; really listened to me about my concerns and worries of the case. I needed to talk through things inside and out to determine and discover my own goals for the case. Instead of telling me what I needed to do, Brandon provided me with the facts, the law, the potential outcomes, and all of the information I needed to make my own informed decisions. His expertise was invaluable and it helped me achieve more than I had anticipated. What also set Brandon apart from the others is that he treated me with kindness, respect, and care from day one. In the times when things got emotional and difficult, Brandon lifted me up and supported me with the concern of a friend, not just an attorney. His human connection and support throughout the entire case helped me refocus and redirect to my goals. He also set my nerves at ease when the case got heated. Brandon is a true counselor-in every sense of the word. We all understand that people have to make a living, and let’s face it--attorneys are not cheap. Clients pay for their years of education and knowledge of the law. I can honestly say that Brandon was transparent and fair every step of the way. He didn’t take advantage of me and NEVER were there any surprises. That is an anomaly in his field of work. I will always come to Brandon for any future needs. I know he will remember me no matter how much time has passed because for Brandon, the welfare of his clients is something he takes seriously and personally.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I strongly endorse Brandon. I met Brandon for the first time the other day. I mediated a difficult divorce case where Brandon represented the husband. There were several difficult issues with no good solutions. Brandon struck the perfect balance between advocacy and compromise, maintained a positive and realistic attitude, and kept his client solutions and goal oriented. He knew the law and issued excellent advise. But there's more to a great lawyer than just good advice. Brandon cared. He cared about his client. He wanted to see his client have the best outcome and worked to realize that. He understood that this was the most dire matter in his client's life and treated it with respect and attention. These are not qualities one learns in law school, but it made all the difference. Brandon's knowledge, skill, and attitude give lawyers everywhere a good name. I recommend you consult with Brandon if you seek a great lawyer that will care about you."
