Very clear and professional.

He handled my case expertly and answered all my questions. He left me feeling secure in my legal position.

Worth every dollar!

Marc is a top notch attorney, with a downright scary legal mind. While most attorneys have a strict linear approach to legal issues, Marc will craft arguments from other applicable areas of law that leave the other side feeling woefully unprepared and ill-matched. If you hire Marc, be prepared to rec...eive texts at midnight asking you questions about the facts of your case. It's not because he forgot, but rather because some new approach or case law popped in his head and he wants to make sure the facts as he knows them are correct as he works to apply his next attack. He uses this approach not only in criminal defense, but in his civil cases and at times even his appeals. Marc is not cheap, and neither is his in-house private investigator. But they are both well worth it. So before you drop $50,000 or more on some big named firm that runs up the tab and leaves you with nothing, call Marc Fratter! You won't regret it.

Two difficult transactions completed.

Mr Fatter helped me complete two very difficult title issue transaction that other attorneys could not get resolved. They were both very convoluted property title issues and required coordinating with county records, courts, title company attorneys and underwriters. Mr. Fratter got both if them resol...ved when other attorneys failed or were unwilling to do what needed to be done! Highly, highly recommend Marc Fatter, he will get it done for you..

Highly Recommend

My son had a DWI case and Mr Fratter had his case reversed and remanded because the trail court followed bad law. Now they are reducing the charge and it will not be a conviction. Communication was excellent and he kept us informed on case information.

Still be in prison if not for Mr. Marc

A now disbarred attorney who only ever asked for money, showed up to my open plea in the 366th JDC of Collin County, late and unprepared. By the time the damage was done, I got a consecutive set of sentences that would of meant 25 years in prison. After Mr. Marc spent 3 years fighting an fighting ...an fighting for my case, the highest court in Texas said that my conviction was illegal and I got new trial in all three cases. This was something that had never ever happened in Collin County before. I had already done enough time to satisfy parole for a 10-year sentence, so we pled out to back time. This is the APPEAL attorney in Collin County and the State of Texas. This man knows his sh*t. I owe him my life.
