Marc Joseph Fratter

A now disbarred attorney who only ever asked for money, showed up to my open plea in the 366th JDC of Collin County, late and unprepared. Marc did an excellent job representing my son, age 17. He was highly responsive to all our messages and didn't mind speaking to us at length upon what was going on.
