Jennifer Jane Clayton

I briefly consulted with Jennifer. She was not a fit for my case, but I had a great experience talking with her. She was straight forward and too the point, but managed to accomplish this without coming across condescending, let's be frank, a skill most lawyers are incredibly lacking in. Not ...only that, she showed great competence by explaining exactly what was going on in her legal reasoning, without resorting to handwaving. She was able to take complex legal topics and boil them into a brief sentence. Not only that, she expressed sincere compassion for the delicate legal matter that I am faced with.

I approached Jennifer with a problem that I've had with a Tenant and she has provided guidance, support and legal advice. She was always available when needed even during weekends. She is a good listener who first tried to understand my problem, did perceptive analysis of the problem as a whole, asse...ss it and then provided various solutions/options that I felt comfortable with. Together we were able to solve the problem and I'm happy with the results. She is a strong advocate for justice, compassionate, empathetic, flexible , patient, honest and a good lawyer. It's not necessarily commonplace that an attorney will give out his or her cell number and accept phone calls on that phone, but she sure does. For years I have used a friend who is an attorney who was helpful covering a wide range of legal advise and representation. I was looking for legal advice concerning a business I just got off the ground and referred by an outside agency. What impressed me was Jennifer Clayton's advice on the subjec...t and the amount of time she spent on the phone with me, not even being a client at that time. Shortly after that conversation I needed some help on a personal family matter and with her help I became a satisfied client. You can have a couple of attorneys if that suits your needs but I like the fact that she is well rounded in not only business law but family law as well. I recently referred a friend on a ticket case of some sort and with her help it was dismissed.
