I was recently in a very bad situation. I had a argument with my girl friend and during the argument she tried to stop me from leaving so i stepped around her at which time she slipped and hit her head on a table and got a black eye(it looked terrible) a couple days later the apt.mgr.saw her and cal...led police, they proceeded to take a report and that generated a warrant for my arrest. I got picked up and went to jail for weekend. I went to court and was appointed a lawyer. Hilton Kong. What a fitting name he is a beast, in the court room or I suppose he is I only had to appear about 2 times while HE fought MY case. He never made me feel GUILTY or bad that i wasn't taking a plea bargain. I wanted to fight and apparently so did he, and fight he did for over a year he would go to court for me until there for the point i was not taking a plea and he did it it was dismissed.
