Professional, Responsive, Effective and treats you like family!

I will add one more word to describe Dan Atkerson as well... HONEST! These types of issues are very difficult and stressful to go through. He was the only attorney to contact me directly (every time), provided a free consultation with straight-forward answers, sound advice, and no hard sales or press...ure. He let me consider all options, talk to family and friends, call back with questions, whatever I needed before moving forward. Dan was/is very personable, reliable, and an overall blessing in a time of need. It was also very calming and reassuring to have someone like Dan to get involved that knows the law so well. I have read a lot of the other 5-star reviews on here and I agree with them all. He is a great listener, communicator, provides excellent council, always prompt and was no doubt the best choice. He is experienced, well poised and represented me with tremendous integrity and tenacity. He is a true practitioner of employment law and a credit to his profession. I so appreciated how accessible he made himself and always called me personally to discuss anything or return a call. It's as close to feeling like family as you're ever going to experience. Yes, as others have noted... even over weekends if necessary. I definitely felt valued as a person and knew I had someone truly standing in my corner. Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Requiring an attorney is never a professional that you ever really want to contemplate needing. I was fortunate to have found Dan Atkerson and am so relieved that I did. Right from the start and throughout the entire process, Dan listened, was accessible, responsive, honest, and always available. His... council and guidance throughout the entire overwhelming and complicated process was a blessing. He took the time to explain every detail, never rushed me, offered appropriate guidance, never pressurized but rather showed patience, and gave recommendations and options. He was always considerate of my position on the case and never made any decisions without first consulting and discussing them with me. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I especially liked that his practice is small enough where I always dealt directly with him, as apposed to dealing with an assistant, with the concern that they may not be as familiar with the details of the case. Dan stood by me, had my back, and stayed the course which was settled in my favor. I hope to never need an attorney again, but I would not hesitate hiring Dan and highly recommend him!
