Results. Transparency. Hard working

Dan handles all his clients with the upmost care and resoect. He is not only very knowledgeable in the law, but a true go-getter. He was abke to handle my case in a timely manner and was able to get me way more than what the comoany was proposing. He fights for his clients. Furthermore, what I lik...e most about Mr. Atkerson is his way of dealing with the case with complete transparency. He is realisitic when it comes to evaluating your claims and will often take your case when other attorneys wont. Dan has given me a sense of secuirty that I wouldn’t otherwise have had it not been for expert quality of care. Inwoikd highly recommend him to those who are experiencing employment disputes. He goes way above and beyond to get his clients results given the circumstances. Dan is the man.

Bully Lawyer that love promoting his 30 or 32 year career only

I told Dan that my employer was not interested in a settlement. ..I think he thought if he told my former employer about his career and 30/32 years as an attorney and they would just settle on his credentials...He wasted my time...didn't communicate...threatened to sue me if I did a review....oh yea ...he did the same thing to me as the previous client...once my former employer declined settlement he did not contact me...I contacted him and he let me know at that moment he couldn't represent me in a lawsuit...That was what I was going to him for...he had emotional responses said he want let me steal from him or his family...huh.??? Now I am a thief....I hate I contacted this law office....So Dan you can sue me because of my opinion that is no where near false...

Odd experience

Hired him for discrimination claim against employer. And without good explanation he dropped the case leaving me frantically searching for new attorney. Never meet face to face. And only corresponded through email. Not reliable.

I have been a practicing attorney for 32 years with a spotless record with the State Bar of Texas. I pride myself on excellent and prompt client communications. I have no idea who posted this but guarantee you they never paid me a dime because I only charge a fee if I win. I do cases in two phases: pre-lawsuit and then lawsuit if the case cannot be resolved and if there are sufficient grounds to file a lawsuit. If I did not further pursue the case to litigation it was because there were not sufficient grounds to pursue it, and the client pays me nothing unless I recover money for them. So I tried to help this person, got paid nothing and was trashed when I could not proceed further.
