Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Requiring an attorney is never a professional that you ever really want to contemplate needing. I was fortunate to have found Dan Atkerson and am so relieved that I did. Right from the start and throughout the entire process, Dan listened, was accessible, responsive, honest, and always available. His... council and guidance throughout the entire overwhelming and complicated process was a blessing. He took the time to explain every detail, never rushed me, offered appropriate guidance, never pressurized but rather showed patience, and gave recommendations and options. He was always considerate of my position on the case and never made any decisions without first consulting and discussing them with me. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I especially liked that his practice is small enough where I always dealt directly with him, as apposed to dealing with an assistant, with the concern that they may not be as familiar with the details of the case. Dan stood by me, had my back, and stayed the course which was settled in my favor. I hope to never need an attorney again, but I would not hesitate hiring Dan and highly recommend him!

Efficient Attorney!

Great experience overall having Dan Atkerson as my attorney. When I initially contacted him I had to leave a voicemail however, he returned my call right away. Results. Transparency. Hard working

Dan handles all his clients with the upmost care and resoect. He is not only very knowledgeable in the law, but a true go-getter. He was abke to handle my case in a timely manner and was able to get me way more than what the comoany was proposing. He fights for his clients. Furthermore, what I lik...e most about Mr. Atkerson is his way of dealing with the case with complete transparency. He is realisitic when it comes to evaluating your claims and will often take your case when other attorneys wont. Dan has given me a sense of secuirty that I wouldn’t otherwise have had it not been for expert quality of care. Inwoikd highly recommend him to those who are experiencing employment disputes.
