Dan a great employment attorney

The most impressive trait of Dan was his care and honest advice from day one. He returned my first call late Friday when most would have waited till Monday and took the time to discuss my situation and give a plan of action and clear direction immediately. His second best trait is his listening skill...s and care to always return my calls and emails timely. This professional behavior put my fears at ease as I felt supported and eventually with his expertise ended up with a satisfactory resolution. I highly recommend Dan for any employment dispute

Professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.

Requiring an attorney is never a professional that you ever really want to contemplate needing. I was fortunate to have found Dan Atkerson and am so relieved that I did. Right from the start and throughout the entire process, Dan listened, was accessible, responsive, honest, and always available. His... council and guidance throughout the entire overwhelming and complicated process was a blessing. He took the time to explain every detail, never rushed me, offered appropriate guidance, never pressurized but rather showed patience, and gave recommendations and options. He was always considerate of my position on the case and never made any decisions without first consulting and discussing them with me. Dan is professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I especially liked that his practice is small enough where I always dealt directly with him, as apposed to dealing with an assistant, with the concern that they may not be as familiar with the details of the case.
