Brandon represented me took my money and didn't put up any type of fight against opposing council during the trial. He allowed OC to grill me and didn't object. He made zero attempt to follow my advice in our case and did very little to paint a picture of my Ex who had multiple pieces of evidence th...at proved she was a bad parent. The amount of overwhelming evidence that we could have used was not used. He appeared intimidated by the judge in my case and seemed to acquiesce to both the judge and opposing council. My case was lost because of his terrible decisions and trial choices. He literally lost my case which should have never happened. Save your money and use someone else. This guy is TERRIBLE!

I met and started working with Brandon Epperson back in 2012. D. Brandon Epperson has respresented us for multiple cases. He has always been very honest, even when it wasn't what we may have wanted to hear. He kept us informed of the status of our cases, did not hesitate to spend countless hours on the phone with us and responded effectively to our emails as ...well. While I know our cases may have been standard, he never made us feel like he was going through standard motions and he always made us feel like a top priority. When the time comes for us to need an attorney again, he will be the first one that we call.
