I contacted Kimberly as she was recommended by a friend. I was very confused regarding how to proceed with my divorce. I was seeking a divorce involving child custody and had initially hired Kimberly Killebrew. I was extremely disssatisfied with her services and regret hiring her. (In fact, I fired her and switched to a far superior lawyer to handle my case.) She charged me over $20,000 (for a fairly simple case) ...with no results except temporary orders. At one point, she charged me $1,400 for a meeting the sole purpose of which was to determine how to respond to opposing counsel's settlement offer... then she never bothered to send our response! I think that is criminal. Additionally, it was sometimes like pulling teeth to get answers to my questions. It was obvious that she did not care. To top it off, her office (Coker Legal) entered an erroneous child support amount on the Income Withholding Order as part of temporary orders which subsequently caused me to receive insufficient or delinquent child support payments. When I called the office to address this (before I realized it was their fault), they did little to remedy it, and there was no follow-through. In summary, she was difficult to deal with, she absolutely nickel-and-dimed me, and there were very few results.
