Timothy William Avery

For 1, Tim Avery told me that the court had evidence against me. All he would show me regarding the evidence was the names of the pdf files printed on paper. He never showed me any proof or any evidence against me even when I requested to see it multiple times. He never answered the phone. Not for me..., not for my mother or anyone I had on the outside world reaching out to him. The number to his law office was disconnected from the moment he was assigned as my attorney. Another issue, and the main one, he was very adamant on me signing for time. He never even put up a fight. Everytime he came to see me, his first and main questions to me would be “are you ready to sign today”. He does not care about his clients. Like most court appointed attorneys, he’s not in it to prove the innocence of his clients. He’s in it for the money. He works with the prosecutor to get his clients to sign time. He didn’t even care about the differences and discrepancies in my indictments I received from the actual jail and the indictment I got from him.

This attorney has no business doing some of the sensitive work he’s doing. In court when addressed by the other side in an aggressive untruthful way, I looked to my attorney to do what he’s there to do, and he was literally twiddling his thumbs looking at the ground while rocking back and forth. He’s... been nothing but completely disrespectful and out of line with my family members, and he absolutely has don’t nothing to help me. He never returns calls, or has any contact.
