Asma received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. Asma specializes in deportation defense, family-based immigration, advising clients on the immigration consequences of criminal convictions and obtaining release on bond for clients in ICE Custody. Asma is fluent in Urdi/Hindi. As the daughter of two Pakistani immigrants, Asma understands the difficulties faced by immigrants and handles her cases with the utmost care and compassion. Release from ICE Detention
Asma is very dedicated and goes beyond to get the person back to family. She worked very hard and put in all her best efforts to get my husband out of ICE Detention. She also took extra step to go meet him in person at the facility despite of Covid. Our family can't thank her enough for all she did.
