Biography
Rachael comes to Shuster Law with extensive experience in personal injury cases. Her previous role was as managing attorney for a personal injury department at a mid-size law firm where she handled motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, and slip and falls. Rachael also has experience in workers’ compensation law and will handle civil litigation matters as well. Rachael is a zealous advocate on behalf of injured plaintiffs and was recently admitted to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is open to attorneys who have achieved an individual settlement upwards of $1,000,. She is also a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and the State Bar of Texas.
