This judge failed to protect my daughter and failed to have my ex provide substantial evidence to even grant a TRO I was caring for my daughter for 7 months without her father involved including but not limited to helping care for her. He had even thrown me and our daughter to the street. He never ...inquired about her til last christmas where he performed a sneaked dna test on her out of my sight. He lied on the tro affidavit as he claimed to have seen me abuse my daughter when he was out having an affair. he failed to bring his mother and father in as witnesses aswell. He never took into consideration every fact and document i had filed proving that my ex was ill fitting to care for my daughter. If you want to lose your child from the jump as he is biased and ignores facts and proof even court approved drug tests that came back 100% clean when her father has a long history of drug and alcohol abuse including a probation revocation in the last two years but want to use a misdemenor from 4 years ago on me. He should be removed from the bench.
