Awful awful attorney. I hired him to represent me in a divorce. His fees were very expensive but he told me he was very experienced and board certified in family law. His office is a dump in a really bad part of Garland, should have been my first clue he was a loser but I was so emotional. I trusted ...him and he robbed me blind. Never prepared for court, couldn’t talk to him before 3pm because he was so hungover. Just a sloppy drunk who has no business practicing law.

I hired Mr. Tinsley to represent me in a divorce . He kept telling me he was board certified in family law and an expert in family law. His retainer fee was pretty high but I paid it b/c he convinced me could get me what I wanted. After I payed him the money it was a total different game. He would no...t return my phone calls, wasn't prepared when we went to court, a terrible nightmare!!!! I soon learned that he never comes to his office before 2:00, apparently too hung over from the night before. I got taken advantage of and lost everything. Stay away from this atty!!!! He is a mess.
