Very Disappointed in LAW RH

I had an auto accident in June 14, I found an attorney and eventually ended up being dropped from them however they turned my case over to Ben Abbot per the information was received when the rep came out to my office. Well time when on and I hadn't heard a thing so I called, about a month later. and ...was told Ben Abbott was not my attorney but it was Paul Wingo, but I was also told that it would take about years to settle my case. Well I decided to go a different route so I was told that I could write a letter terminating my service so I did. So this company had my case for maybe a month and half and that's generous. I received a letter about a month after I terminated the firm that they were retaining an interest in my case. But Why? You guys wouldn't even call me, not once. You did no work. Now I've been calling Mr. Wingo for about weeks now, and keep getting the runaround as I would like an explanation. Each time they are going to have him to call me back. What a joke!!
