I I was experiencing trouble with my lender trying to do a modification on my home loan. I was laid off my job and could not afford the payment. I finally decided to sale my hom...e. The lender accepted my short sale offer, and then sent an email confirming they asked the foreclosure attorneys (Trustee) to postpone the pending sale so I could close with my buyer. However, the Trustee did not postpone the sale date, but sold it to a third party for less than what was previously offer in a short sale. This bad act happened in May 2015. Although we are still in litigation with this matter, I have been very pleased with how much Ms. Offoche knows the law and has handled my case.
