Terrible Lawyer

I hired Mr. Dunlap for a discrimination case, I submitted all the documentation he would need for the case. He stated that he has a formula and he takes cases according to the formula and his percentage of winning the case. I paid the retainer($1,500) and felt confident until I started to call and ch...eck with him regarding updates. His assistant never returned calls. He rarely responded to emails. Next thing I know he sends paperwork regarding my case that was dates 5 months earlier. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM. It’s a high percentage You will get ripped off based on my formula.

My firm has represented more than a hundred clients in EEOC matters with successful outcomes. The client signed a contract that required him to pay for the costs of his lawsuit. The contract also states that there is no guarantee as to the outcome. We offered to file a lawsuit on his behalf but he refused to agree with the terms of his contract.

Current Client

This guy is nothing short of a con artist. I hired Mr. Dunlap for a discrimination case. And, he got absolutely nothing done. He never returned phone calls, miss important meetings with EEOC. And, failed to meet a deadline to file suit. I paid him $1500 retainer fee and he wanted more money stating t...hat the retainer fee I paid him was for his bills.

Former client- former being the keyword

As his former and him as my former attorney; I was not pleased to say the least. He Guaranteed he'd get certain things done And once I hired him, he got nothing done so i began regretting my decision almost immediately. He was late to every meeting, deposition, and mediation which reflected Poorly ...on me.

I respectfully disagree with this review, if it came from an actual client. My firm gives all advice in writing and we do not "guarantee" outcomes. We handle our client's matters as if it were our own. We always give our clients a true assessment of their case so that they make a good decision. We handle client concerns internally. There would be no need tor a client of ours to have put out a negative review in social media. If this "client" was truly dissatisfied by our services, they are free to contact us.
