I focus my practice on complex business litigation and life-altering personal injury matters. During my carrer, I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation matters in over 30 different states. I have tried over 80 cases to a jury verdict. I am Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Personal Injury Trial Law. I also have a great deal of experience in litigation related to the life settlement business. Motorcycle accident injury case
Jim and his staff are excellent.They were able deal with many complex issues in my case, and recover from the at fault party, as well as the underinsured motorist portion of my insurance when they didn't want to pay up. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case.
