Before founding Bearstone Law, PLLC, Elijah spent the better part of a decade honing his skills at a global litigation powerhouse, which has consistently ranked among the top “Biglaw” firms in the world. During these formative years (more like “fire-forged” years), Elijah represented large companies in matters of exceptional value and complexity.

In addition to his skills as an oral advocate who’s quick on his feet, Elijah draws from a deep well of experience researching and writing winning legal briefs and critical motions on cutting-edge legal issues. His written work product includes successful appellate submissions to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, the Fifth Court of Appeals in Dallas, the California Court of Appeal, the Missouri Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of Texas.
