Whitney Michelle Scroggins

Whitney Scroggins is a double University of Texas at Austin alumna, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Liberal Arts Honor's program, where she graduated summa cum laude. She continued on to earn her J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law where she co-founded the Texas Family Law Society and was an active member of the Women's Law Caucus and the American Constitutional Society. Throughout her law school experience, Whitney maintained a family law clerkship where she gained invaluable practical skills that prepared her for her career as a litigator after earning her degree. Currently, Whitney works as an Associate Attorney at Scroggins Law Group and focuses on high net worth divorce and complex child custody disputes. Though Whitney is a fierce litigator, she is passionate about the Collaborative Divorce Process and its ability to aid families in creating unique and lasting solutions tailored to their individualized needs. Whitney encourages her clients consider utilizing this process before litigation when contemplating divorce or another type of family law dispute.
