Timothy “Tim” Lacy, Jr. is a trial attorney and Managing Attorney at L and L Law Group, PLLC, specializing in criminal defense litigation at both the misdemeanor and felony levels. With nearly ten years of experience, he has built his practice on precision, preparation, and a results-driven approach to defending clients.
Tim’s litigation style is rooted in methodical case analysis, aggressive motion practice, and disciplined courtroom advocacy. From the outset of each case, he works to identify opportunities for dismissal, challenge the State’s evidence, and position cases for favorable plea negotiations or trial success when necessary.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he competed in mock trial and developed the structured cross-examination and courtroom techniques that define his practice today. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Texas.
