I am a very experienced trial lawyer with 48 years of law practice in the DFW area, handling civi and criminal cases, both State and Federal, including appeals. .I am Board Certified by the Texas Bar Association in Criminal law and have been board certified for 38 years, since one could be in am a Member of the US Supreme Court Bar, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Northern and Eastern Federal Districts of Texas. As mentioned in my video, I wrote the briefs on Jack Ruby's case in the Kennedy assignation while employed by Phil Burleson. I am AV (A rating, very highly recommended) preeminatley peer rated by Martindale Hubble. I am A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. In addition, I am Vice-President and General Legal Counsel of Off Shore Wind Power Systems of Texas , LLC.
