Had a very disappointing experience with Pratt Legal Group. Needed some assistance with my aging father and thought Pratt Legal Group was a good fit. Was asked to provide a $3500 retainer for this and it was confirmed to be refundable if not used. Retainer paid in May of 2022 and I utilized the se...rvices of one of their paralegals from May until October of 2022, at which time my father passed away. In December of 2022 I began requesting a refund of my unused retainer knowing that I had used very little of the original amount. After no response I sent additional requests for a refund in January 2023, then February. And then in March of 2023 I put in a call to their firm. And then another email request in March. At that point I posted some unfavorable reviews on social media. I received a call from Mr. Pratt that night and was assured the matter would be resolved quickly. I received a draft invoice in March of 2023 to which I promptly commented. In good faith I removed the negative reviews and now regret that I did. Since then the situation has not changed. I made further email requests in April, May and June. I am so dissatisfied with the Pratt Law Group. I have spent more time asking for a refund of my unused retainer than I did in receiving services. The Pratt Law Group is not to be trusted.

In the past few years, Mr. Pratt and his Legal Assistant, Ms. Hollingsworth, have provided the highest in integrity as it pertained not only to my family's estate planning, but the recommendation and execution of trust documents. In the last year, they both walked us through the very difficult chall...enges of probating one of our family member's estate. This is not an easy task, legally or emotionally, but because of Ms. Hollingsworth's kind and compassionate manner, we felt we were being cared for as if we were their family. Mr. Pratt and Ms. Hollingsworth's attention to detail created a sense of relief so our family could move forward. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. They are small, but their service to their clients is personal, "hands-on" and is surpassed by none.

I paid Mr. Pratt to have my property retitled into the name of my trust. I never received confirmation that the work was done, my property is still showing my name instead of the name of the trust on the county assessor website. I have tried repeatedly to get a response via the lady who answers the... phone at Mr. Pratt's office. She asked for me to email her a copy of my paid invoice, which I did. She never responded to my email and now dodges my phone calls. So, basically I paid for work that was never done.
