Jeremy Quinn Ewert

Mr. Ewert is exactly what the title of this review implies. He is an excellent attorney, and a professional advisor to your case. Mr. Ewert took over my defense from another attorney whose performance was lack luster at best, and within a week had taken my position from seemingly hopeless to resolved... amicably. The entire time he remained professional, courteous, and patient with me. He explained my options in great detail, never balked at a single question I asked, and was never offended if I tried to research and present information. He is a consummate professional who took it all in stride and still provided excellent customer service. As someone with very little interaction with the criminal justice system, the entire experience was frightening, until I spoke with Jeremy. If you are facing legal issues, this is the person you want in your corner hands down. Five stars more than earned.

“I retained Jeremy Quinn Ewert during the year 2012 for a car accident injury case. He not only failed to keep me updated with the status of my case for 1 & 1/2 years but also refused to provide me with a copy of my file, which includes my medical records. In addition, he claimed that my case was jus...t a "headache.” After waiting for so long to obtain a copy of the " arrangements" he claimed to have been working on, he decided to have a final meeting with me (on 08/01/2014) that was conducted in front of my family. Jeremy accused me of trying to get rich overnight, he was not even familiar with my medical records, stated that my medical injuries were not sufficient and that no judge will consider my pain and suffering. I then demanded to have a copy of my records for the third time. He first questioned what I needed it for, he then stated, "I'll make you a copy now," and yelled at my family and demanded us to leave his office. He took us to another room, said he was to bill me a total of $10.00 for the file, and left the room. He came back and stated that he was to mail me the file instead. I informed him that I was not going to leave the office without having the proof of what he had done for me. He refused to provide me with the file and call the police on "his client," me! While in the other room, Jeremy sent another employee to "control" the situation (although there was nothing to control since we were just waiting for my file) and fled the seen before the police came. When the police officer came, she gave us the report number and we left. Soon after, Jeremy sent me an email stating that he had dropped my case. Now that leaves me with six months to confront the negligent driver who ruined my life. I now understand why he kept on stating that he was negotiating the case and denied my rights to have a copy of my file, his true intention was to postpone the case until I had no more time or choice but to settle for less. Thus, he would avoid mediation and trial expenses.”
