Julian R. Kehler

Julian along with Paul Wright handled a contested probate of my aunt's estate. The case was somewhat complicated given people from multiple states were involved. I knew little about the probate process when we went into this, Julian kept us well informed as to the status, process, answered all of our... questions in a timely fashion. He was very professional throughout and a true pleasure to work with. The case recently concluded and I believe we achieved the best possible outcome under the circumstances. Mr. Kehler took the lead in a case where I was the defendant in a civil case. Every step of the way, when court documents or other information were required or there were new developments in the case, Mr. Kehler communicated with me. He was excellent at following up and gently "reminding me" that ...there were specific deadlines for completing certain court documents ( I am not the best when it comes to getting paperwork done). He was extremely professional and committed to doing everything in his power to get the case dismissed. He and my legal team were ultimately successful in getting my case dismissed.
