Jason Scott Mclemore

For the past 14 years, I have been involved in law in some shape, fashion or form.  Even before going to law school, I worked as a tax administrator and tax director for law firms which represented various school districts.

After law school, I practiced at an AV-Rated insurance-defense litigation firm in downtown Dallas.  I defended primarily motor vehicle collision cases, but defended a variety of other negligence-based cases too.  I also briefed insurance coverage issues.

Next, I practiced under a prominent, 15-year attorney in Dallas .  I learned the nuances of criminal law and about relationships between immigration and criminal offenses.  I also had the opportunity to litigate a wide variety of plaintiff's negligence cases.

My name is Jason McLemore and I am the founder and owner of the law firm.  When I take your case I understand you are - legally - entrusting me with standing in your shoes for purposes of taking legal action and that I have a corollary duty to do what is in your best interests.

I take seriously the trust you place in me when I handle your case.  I believe in working hard to get the best results for clients.  I also believe that honesty, and making the legal complexities of a case understandable, puts clients in the best position to make educated decisions about their case.
