Donna Roberts Hernandez

  Donna Roberts Hernandez has been a practicing attorney since 1985 after receiving her B.A. degree from Texas Tech University and earning her J.D. from Southern Methodist University School of Law. Donna began her practice in Fort Worth prior to moving her practice to Dallas in 1989. In 1994, Donna founded the law firm of Morris& Morris (now known as The Morris Legal Group).
   Donna has built a trial and appellate practice in areas that include financial institutions, deceptive trade practices, real estate and other contract and business disputes. She has represented numerous real estate developers, long term health care facilities, financial institutions, title companies, consumers and small business owners. In addition, Donna represents clients in family law, labor and employment and various other related matters. Donna has experience in asset protection, bankruptcy and dissolution. Her broad background in many areas of the law enables her to maintain a general, full service practice that serves most all of the needs of both individuals and business clients.
   Donna has also been active in many civic and charitable organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for the Christian Community Action, Youth & Family Counseling Center, the Greater Lewisville United Way, the Management Board for the Greater Lewisville YMCA, the Denton County Substance Abuse Commission, the Lewisville Education Foundation, the Lewisville Economic Development Foundation and the Lewisville Alliance. Donna has chaired both the Lewisville and Flower Mound Chambers of Commerce Board of Directors. She currently resides in Coppell, Texas with her husband Tommy Hernandez and serves as the administrator for the non-profit Dallas Tigers Baseball Club, Inc.
