While working as an election official, an obnoxious poll watcher accused me of having assaulted him when I asked him to not move a chair. He filled charges with the police and I was cited and required to appear before a J P court. The law firm was able to negotiate a dismissal recommendation by the ...district attorney's office if I took an on-line course, which I did. I am happy the De La Garza Law Firm was able to come up with a resolution which kept this off any record connected to me. I am very pleased with the way this matter was handled.
