While working as an election official, an obnoxious poll watcher accused me of having assaulted him when I asked him to not move a chair. He filled charges with the police and I was cited and required to appear before a J P court. The law firm was able to negotiate a dismissal recommendation by the ...district attorney's office if I took an on-line course, which I did. First thing I must say is what a phenomenal attorney Mr. De La Garza is! After speaking with him about my original charge, he gave me specific detail about how things could or couldn't go.
