Jason James Richerson

Jason represented me in a civil case that awarded me 130,000 for damages. He stood by my side for three years as the opposing council kept delaying the court date. Jason was very responsive when I emailed, called, or text messaged him. He represented me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I ...would hire him for a future case if needed! I am 100% happy with his representation of my court case.

Consulted with him earlier this year, not only was he unhelpful but he was extraordinarily rude. He didn't just refuse to help me but he threatened me. I'm not sure if he thought I was someone else but I was shocked. I hope whatever he is dealing with works out but for now I would not recommend this ...attorney. . . for anything except maybe a support group.

It's hard to find a competent attorney who gets paid only when they perform. I spent a lot for an uncontested lawsuit with the promise that he could collect after judgement. Instead, he referred the collection to another incompetent attorney instead of stepping up and collecting himself. Not a dim...e collected after $5000 spent for a worthless judgement. Jason is a nice guy but there has to be better offices to spend your money in hopes of a successful resolution.
