Please find another lawyer.

When I hired Todd, he told me that he will be taking a small percentage of my Workers Comp benefits. He never told me that he charged $200 an hour. His first payment came up to almost $800. My benefits are only $1200 which leaves me with $400 to pay my bills and do things for my son. I feel like I wa...s treated because he never said that he was charging by the hour. He has not called me. He has not checked in. He has not communicating. He had just went completely Ghost. I’m going to try to do a cease and desist. And for my understanding that if he goes to you, he’s probably dropping your case. So I don’t know what’s going on at this point, but he is a very horrible lawyer. I don’t understand how the state bar keeps recommending him to help people through such a terrible time in their life.

Run the other way!

Never met with Todd & only spoke with him once on the phone, he did nothing to assist me with some major physical issues I tried to bring to his & the worker’s comp adjuster’s attention. I guess it is a good thing I wasn’t awarded much so he didn’t receive much in the end. Due to the wait for treatme...nt I now have a permanent physical disability & due to an absolutely new attorney I have everything I need to live a better quality life. Run the other way unless you just want to give your money away!

Don’t Hire

Once hired, he would never answer a phone call. Never met him in person. First speed bump in my case and he dropped me without cause. Terrible service and communication. Do not recommend. Wish I never hired him. Took my money and ran.

Find someone else

Only cared about the money. Never helped me get the treatment I needed. Luckily, I found another attorney and have finally recieved treatment and more compensation than expected!
