Todd Alan Dolginoff

When I hired Todd, he told me that he will be taking a small percentage of my Workers Comp benefits. He never told me that he charged $200 an hour. His first payment came up to almost $800. My benefits are only $1200 which leaves me with $400 to pay my bills and do things for my son. I feel like I wa...s treated because he never said that he was charging by the hour. He has not called me. He has not checked in. He has not communicating. He had just went completely Ghost. I’m going to try to do a cease and desist. And for my understanding that if he goes to you, he’s probably dropping your case. So I don’t know what’s going on at this point, but he is a very horrible lawyer. I don’t understand how the state bar keeps recommending him to help people through such a terrible time in their life.

Mr. Dolginoff is truly an amazing attorney who went above and beyond on my Workman's Comp case. Todd gave me hope again after my injury, When I was getting depressed by what the doctors would say about how damage my hand was from the 3rd degree burns and shattered wrist, and that I would never be a ...Medical Aesthetician again. Todd would give me a different perspective view on not to let my world be destroyed by them but how to take control again and to fight harder for my justice. Todd believed in me and my case. With his amazing strategy and plans on how to deal with a negative opposite side. Todd was always in full communication with me about my case, he would answer my questions and listen to my concerns. It was truly amazing when he would even ask me my opinion on everything. Mr. Dolginoff is just not my attorney, he is now part of my family I am truly blessed to have Mr. Dolginoff handling my case and in my life. I wish i could give more than a 5 star rating but it wont go higher so YES Mr. Dolginoff is out of this world and I Highly recommend him.

I've happened upon many attorneys throughout the years, having hired several for various situations so I feel well qualified to assert my opinion on the subject. By a stroke of luck, Todd Dolginoff was referred to me by another attorney after I was injured at work. Immediately I was impressed... by his professionalism, extensive knowledge and accessibility. If he's busy in court or otherwise unable to answer the phone he is prompt in getting back via phone or email. However, it wasn't until this morning at court (at trial) did I have the opportunity to fully understand & appreciate the powerhouse of an attorney he is! A passionate advocate for his clients, thorough in his work, articulate & confident in his words, I absolutely know I am in the best possible hands!  If I was an attorney myself, I would definitely not want to have to go up against him!!....Todd is a fierce force to be reckoned with! My case is still pending at present, but win or lose I know that I was represented by the best and given the very best possible chance!

Mr. Dolginoff has been nothing but the professional that I expected. He explained the Workers Compensation process to me several times, since this was the first time I have been injured. I have called him in a panic and he has calmed me down by answering all of my concerns. We are in the 3rd year ...with this claim and I still need him at every hearing. I am afraid if I had not hired him I would have been left out in the cold along time ago.

Mr. Dolginoff has been very responsive and helpful throughout my husband's case. He responds quickly and courteously to all of my inquiries. If I don't understand something, he will give me a call to patiently explain in a manner that I can understand. He has many years of experience and understan...ds how the system works. Priceless!
